  It's a bit weird to say that you "love" a funeral home, but I have to say that it was very easy working with Eli, the funeral director, and Alice. Especially if this is your first time planning a funeral / cremation, handling all that goes with losing a family member, at least this was an 'easy' portion.
  
  Eli was patient when answering questions, providing death certificates (sometimes you can send a copy but some entities require an original). I even called back to get a copy of the receipt for expenses and he provided it the same day.
  
  I lost a mom and a step-daughter within a week of each other; The Alpha Society made this part of dealing with Mom's death much easier (daughter's death occurred out of this country).
  
  I would definitely use this company again.

  The front owner is the nicest man and took the absolute best care of my mom and I during the worst time of our life. I want to thank him personally for making me feel safe and comfortable and explaining with detail (but not too much detail; just enough detail) of what to expect in a calming voice. He made my mom and I feel ready. Thank you for helping us. And God bless
